This stunning 3-story, 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home w/ loft sleeps 12 guests and offers breathtaking beach views from the 3rd-floor balcony. Just steps from Patches and walking distance to St. Andrews State Park, you’ll enjoy the best of Panama City Beach. With spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfy beds, this retreat is perfect for families and groups. Relax, unwind, and make unforgettable beach memories!

This spacious home features 3 bedrooms with the loft serving as the 4th "bedroom", alternatively referred to as "sleeping area" with a twin over full bunk, queen bed, pullout sofa and games to play. What makes this home even better is the first and second floor bedrooms have en suite bathrooms! The loft has a half bath with toilet and sink. Both 2nd floor bedrooms have desks with chairs.

☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
